Feats. You gain one feat of your choice.

Age. Humans reach adulthood in their late teens and live less than a century.

Alignment. Humans tend toward no particular alignment. The best and the worst are found among them.

Variable Size. Humans vary widely in height and build, from barely 3 feet to well over 7 feet tall. If you are less than 4 feet tall, your size is Small. Otherwise, your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Languages. You can speak the language of your homeland. If that language has a written form, you can also read and write it. You can also speak one extra language of your choice. If that language has a written form, you can read and write it as well. Humans typically learn the languages of other peoples they deal with, including obscure dialects. They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Giant curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.
