You call on one of several deities to send you a daemonic messenger. You then target a creature you know and that is on the same plane of existence as you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the target is asleep, the messenger appears in the target\u2019s dreams and can deliver a message up to 66 words long. The messenger can also appear in the form of a deity or another creature or individual the target creature recognizes (including you). When the message is delivered, the daemon returns to you and confirms delivery. Then the spell ends. The target recalls the dream perfectly upon waking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the target is awake when you cast the spell, the daemon waits for the target to sleep, at which point it enters the target\u2019s dreams. If the target does not sleep during this spell\u2019s duration, the daemon fails to deliver the message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternate Versions<\/em>. <\/strong>Many variations of this spell exist. All work the same but each has different material components. A few require no material components at all. When you acquire this spell, roll a d8 to determine the material components of your version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
